Privacy Policy

Who we are

AI Cricket Shots ("we", "us") runs aicricketshots.com. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the site.

Your photo and the shot preview

When you choose a photo in the shot studio, it is checked and processed in your browser to build the preview. The preview does not upload your photo to our servers.

Drafts

Drafts you save are stored in your browser's local storage on that device. They are not sent to us and are not available on other devices. Deleting a draft, or clearing your browser data, removes it. Your light or dark theme choice is also kept in your browser.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store the name and email address you provide and a securely hashed version of your password, and we use cookies to keep you signed in. We use these details to run your account and keep it secure.

Payments

The site does not currently sell anything, so we don't collect payment details.

Technical data

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure. Some page assets, such as fonts, are loaded from third-party providers, which receive the same kind of technical information when your browser requests them.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public information pages. It is off until you choose to accept. Declining does not affect the preview tool. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer.

Analytics receives a fixed page address without its query string, a page title, and basic device and browser information. We do not track the photo studio, drafts, sign-in, account, settings, payment or callback pages. Photos, prompts, email addresses and text typed into forms are not sent to analytics. Advertising signals and automatic form, download, video and history tracking are disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored only in this browser. When accepted, analytics uses cookies limited to this site. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics events and removes only this site's analytics cookies; it does not sign you out or remove drafts. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only for the current visit.

Contact page

The contact page prepares a message in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or saved by the site; it only leaves the page if you copy it or download it as a text file.

Photos of other people

Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page before the change applies.
